When you join the FLOM waitlist, we collect your email address and ZIP code. We also use analytics tools (PostHog) to understand how visitors find and use this site, which may collect standard usage data such as pages visited and referring links.
How we use it
We use your email to notify you about FLOM's launch and related updates. We use ZIP codes in aggregate to decide where to launch next. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
Waitlist data is stored with our database provider. Confirmation emails are delivered through our email provider. Analytics are processed by PostHog. Each processes data on our behalf to operate this site.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message we send, or request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email address in our launch announcements.
Changes
This policy covers the pre-launch waitlist. It will be replaced by a comprehensive policy when the FLOM app launches.
